Welcome to Delta 3/1's New Site

This is the new site for Delta Co., 3rd Battalion, 1st Infantry, 11th Brigade of the Americal Division based near Duc Pho, Viet Nam. With it's mission to penetrate, search and destroy, Delta saw heavy action during the war. This is a tribute to the sacrifices paid by the proud men that served.

History:
Delta Company was deployed to Duc Pho, Viet Nam in January, 1968. The Company's headquarters were based at firebase Bronco while combat operations were conducted from the following landing zones (LZ's):
LZ Dragon - January to November, 1968
LZ Cork - November, 1968 to April, 1969
Hill 4-11 - April, 1969 to February, 1971
